Health and longevity research has ignored female physiology for decades. I'm helping change that, as the most publicly measured woman in the world.

“Kayla Barnes-Lentz has built a cult-like following in the world of female longevity.”
USA TODAY"For a decade I've been working to optimize my health, tracking my own biomarkers and working alongside female MDs and PhDs to understand what actually moves the needle. I publish everything I learn, openly."

Female longevity deserves to be built on something better than assumptions and male-default data. This is my attempt to contribute to that foundation.
Since 2019, I’ve tracked my body every single day. Wearables day and night. Continuous glucose monitoring. A whole-body MRI every year since 2022. Coronary imaging, pelvic ultrasounds, mammograms, QT breast imaging, colonoscopy. My full genome sequenced. And the most advanced interpreted panels available, gut, immune, hormonal, micronutrient, and toxic-burden, run four times a year, year after year.
Over 2 billion data points from my body, collected continuously and shared.
But the number isn’t what I’m most proud of. The time is. Most health data captures a moment. What’s rare is continuous measurement over years, long enough to see not just what a body looks like, but how it changes, responds, and recovers. The female body is cyclical and dynamic. It can’t be understood in a single frame. It takes years.
This is N-of-1 data, my story. It won’t map neatly onto every woman; we have different genetics, histories, and biomarkers, and we change over time. The goal isn’t to hand anyone a protocol to copy. It’s to show what’s possible when you measure deeply over time, and to inspire more women to dig into their own data and build protocols that fit them.
What I want you to take away is that your body is knowable. The patterns behind your energy, your cycle, your recovery, your aging, they’re all measurable, and they’re yours to understand. I want more women to realize they don’t have to accept vague answers about their own health. Female longevity deserves to be built on real data, starting with your own.
